Products

1. Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Most of our Holistik Skincare products are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and made with sustainably sourced ingredients, except for the Youthful Glow Shroom Cream as this contains honey and Gentle Soothing Balm as it contains beeswax.

2. What are upcycled ingredients?

Upcycled ingredients are sourced from imperfect produce and byproducts of other industries (like food manufacturing, agriculture) that would otherwise go to waste. These ingredients retain their high-quality benefits and align with our commitment to sustainability.

3. Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Our products are crafted with gentle, natural ingredients to suit various skin types, including sensitive skin. If you have specific concerns, we recommend performing a patch test before full use.

4. Do your products contain synthetic fragrances or harmful chemicals?

No, our formulations are free from synthetic fragrances, sulfates, parabens, silicones, and other harmful chemicals.

Shipping

1. How long does shipping take?

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within Australia.

3. Do you ship internationally?

No not at the moment but we do have plans to expand to international in the future.  We currently only ship within Australia.  

4. Can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

1. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. See our Shipping & Returns page for more details.

2. How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Email us at returns@holistikskincare.com.au with your order details and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process.

3. Who covers return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

4. How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Order Changes

1. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, if your order hasn’t been processed yet. Contact us immediately at support@holistikskincare.com.au.

2. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible to update your address before your order is shipped.

Using Holistik Skincare Products

1. Can I combine your serums and moisturizers?

Yes! Our products are formulated to work synergistically. For example, pair our Hydra Intense 4D Serum with any of our moisturizers for enhanced hydration.

2. How often should I use your products?

Most of our products are designed for daily use. For treatments like exfoliating serums, follow the usage instructions to avoid over-exfoliation.

Sustainability

1. What makes your products sustainable?

We use upcycled ingredients, recyclable packaging, and ethical sourcing practices to minimize our environmental impact.

2. Are your packaging materials recyclable?

Yes, our packaging is designed to be recyclable or reusable wherever possible.
