Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Standard Express Shipping: Delivered within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Costs:

  • Orders over $100: Free Standard Express Shipping
  • Orders under $100: Shipping fee of $10

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors, such as carrier delays or public holidays.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within Australia.  Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Returns Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a straightforward return process.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Products marked as final sale.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@holistikskincare.com.au with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll resolve the matter promptly with a replacement or refund.
